We are thrilled to welcome all accredited U.S. higher education institutions to India for the next edition of the EducationUSA India Tour.
EducationUSA India Tour ’24 is a series of eight "in-person" multi-city fairs covering the length and breadth of our beautiful country.
HOW TO SIGN UP
EducationUSA now has a centralized portal that is a one-stop shop for you to sign up and pay for all EducationUSA fairs throughout the global network. You can begin the sign-up process by clicking on this link - https://www.educationusafairs.org/. Please search for "EDUCATIONUSA INDIA TOUR '24" under the "tour name" dropdown. Eight events (fairs) are available for you to sign up for as part of the tour. Additionally, a “Mumbai- Pune Combo” is also available. If you want to sign up for both Mumbai and Pune city fairs, please sign up for the Mumbai-Pune combo (and not the individual cities) to avail a $400 discount on the pricing. Lunch or dinner will be organized for participating U.S. universities at the fair venue,
depending on the fair's timing. Please plan to be at the fair venue up to 60 minutes
before the event to set up and enjoy refreshments (lunch/high tea/dinner, depending
on the time of the event)

We have exciting offers to help you plan the fairs to your budgetary requirements.
You can sign up for the complete tour, select city-combo, or select individual cities

If you plan to sign up for both Mumbai and Pune fairs, opting for this combo will reduce your participation fee by $400 versus if you were to sign up for both Mumbai and Pune as separate events.

Please note that this pricing does not include any fee charged by the fair registration platform/ your banks/ service providers on credit cards or other relevant payment formats. As such, any additional charges incurred must be accounted for by participating institutions over and above the event registration fee. Registration will not be considered complete until full registration fees have been paid for the fair(s).
No special pricing is available for consortia or groups of institutions, agents representing U.S. HEIs, and testing agencies.
